After my Keratoconus diagnosis,
In order to take care of my wellbeing I had to step off social media.

The rhythm of overproduction and overconsumption we go through daily,
was one I couldn't keep up with anymore.

To my surprise, one of the consequences of my choice was that the presence of my artistic expression was not valid enough through its online absence. 

Pics or it didn't happen aims to infuse meaning in an act that is so constant in today’s world.

Now the curators of our reality, phones determine what is of importance and what isn't.
Depended on that act, physical reality doesn't seem to hold as much importance anymore, unless it is met with the lens of a phone.
